A Christmas Party

Last night was our Ward Christmas Party and they asked me to sing a song in the program. Since Todd was away on a business trip my mom came up to help me with the boys. It was a very nice party and we had a good time.

Here is Brian sitting in Santa's Chair.

This is the very first time Brian sat on Santa's lap and did not scream.

Jackson's Now One

Jackson's Birthday was November 19 and I forgot to post some pictures,
So I decided better late than never.

He was mesmerized by the candle and he tried to touch the fire so Brian quickly helped him blow it out.

At first he was not sure about his cake but than he dug right in.

O' Christmas Tree

Last Saturday we went up Christmas tree hunting and found a nice little tree. It was harder than I thought to find a nice tree. But it made for a fun family outing.

Todd and Brian cutting down the tree.

Trying to take a nice picture with our Christmas tree.

After we found our tree we drove a little further to check out Mesa Falls. Here is Beau looking down at the Falls. We could not get to the bottom of the Falls because the roads were closed for the winter, so hopefully we will go next spring or summer to see them up close.

And here is our Christmas tree all spruced up for the Holidays!

Trick or Treat

Here we are just before we went out "trick of Treating" this Halloween. It was Brian very first time at it, by the end he was a pro. Beau did not like getting dressed up like a pumpkin, but it did score him a yummy doggy treat.

Happy Halloween!

This morning we fianilly carved our Pumpkins. I took off Brians shirt so he could help scoop out the cuts but he was not quite sure about it, so I had the pleasure of scooping them out myself.

Boo at the Zoo

Last night we went to Tauphaus Park Zoo for "Boo at the Zoo". As you all know Brian loves the zoo, so this was a big event for Him. He got to see all the animals and get candy at the same time. It was neat to see the animal this time of the year, they were so much more active than in the summer. And they looked much better with the full winter coats, not all shabby like they are in the summer.

They Penguin Cove.

You can't see but there is a nice looking camel behind them.

LAMAS

Lots of lighted Pumpkins, where the giant tortoises normally are.

When we got home we had to sort through our candy of course. Even Beau was so excited because there was a treat for him too.

Getting Around

Jackson still does not like to be on his stomach because of his surgurey, but he is starting to tolerate it more and is now rolling over and over to get to things. But this is his preferred method of travel. Sorry it is not a good video, I lost my camera somewhere so I have been using our old one and it is only a 2 mega pixel that is why it is not very clear.

Let's go for a bike ride!

The other day Brian wanted me to put Jackson on his bike so he could give him a ride. I thought is was pretty cute and Jackson liked it for the most part.

A Day at Silverwood

Last Saturday we were able to go to Silverwood, in North Idaho. It was so much fun to spend the day playing with Grandma. Brian loved all the kiddie rides and Todd and I got to ride the roller coasters while Grandma watched the Boys.

Brian flying his first Airplane!

I love log rides!!

Waiting to take the Plunge!

It was such a nice day!

Riding in the "Freight Cars" as Brian would say. He loves Trains.

Catch Up!

Our Computer has been acting up lately so that is why I have been bad at updating our blog.
Not to mention my camera has not been working the greatest.
So here are some of the few photos I took this summer.

Brian's favorite store is the Pet Store. Especially Petco because they have "baby carts".

Brian and Jackson just playing!

At the Pool!

Brian loves to swim with Daddy. And he now loves to call us "Todd" and "Sarah" instead of "Daddy" and "Mommy". I thought wouldn't happen till he got older.

Brian and Jay with Grandma's kittens.
And we had a great accomplishment, Brian is now Potty Trained!

Lions and Tigers and Bears, Oh My!!

In July Grandma Ruth came down for a visit and she took us to the Zoo. Brian Loves the Zoo. He even knows how to spell zoo.

The Giant tortoises.

The Lion's Den.

The Penguin Habitat.
I guess I am not good at getting the animals in the pictures.

Just hanging out!

Here's a tiger!

Camping with Grandma Eiko

My Mom was up visiting and she wanted to go Camping so we Packed up our new tent trailer, that we found a yard sale and headed out. We found a wonderful spot at Indian Creek near Palisades reservoir. It rained most of the time but is was nice to just get out and relax.
I think this is the cutest picture of Brian and Beau that my mom took. The Creek was running so fast and was dirty because of all the rain.

Grandma Eiko with Jackson. Jackson loves to be outside.

Todd and Brian roasting Hot dogs. And Beau thinking were is mine.

A Beautiful June Wedding

Todd's Sister Kim was married in the Rexburg, Idaho Temple on June 19, 2009 to Fredy Edwardo Vasqeuz. It was a Beautiful day for a wedding. It rained almost all of June and this day was the only day that had blue skies. We are so happy for Fredy and Kim they make a great couple!

Here is our Family on Todd's side it keeps growing and growing. His brother Matt will be getting married in August. And his brother Keith's wife Heather is expecting the first grand daughter in November. Only his Brother Kurt is not in this Picture because he is serving a mission in Mexico.

This is my favorite Picture.

I love weddings and Kim let me help all I wanted (Thanks Kim!) Here is a picture of Their Cake and Flowers that I got to Make. It was my first time making a wedding cake like this. I was very happy with the way it turned out and it tasted pretty good too!
